It is so very sad to hear about these abductions. In my apartment complex neighborhood, little kids run around with absolutely no parents watching them. My mother and I both have confronted many parents of these little kids and told them that they need to take better care of their children. Of course... the parents are always complete idiots to us. They don't want to hear it. Then they ask ME to babysit their kids. ( I am 21 years old.) I don't have the time for that. Parents these days... some of them definitely should NOT have kids. : /
