The owner is a smart fella that knows that as much as he sits sparky down and tries to explain the dangers of electric fences to him in simple and easy to understand terms, that sparky isnt going to understand a fucking word of it until he pees on it and finds out for himself. Yeesh. The fence is going to be a part of the dogs life presumably. He got a tiny spark and his weewee prob hurt for a little while, but he will never go near the fence again. Easy lesson to learn
