in hebrew the word for north is TZAFON... the root letters are TZFN. the word TZOFEN means CODE or "something that is to come"

in the bible, dont remember where exactly, theres a verse that says, mitzafon tipatah ha'ra'ah - from the north the evil will be opened (or will come)
