I honestly don't know what to say this is, but it's all right here in the video and it's mine and it happened around 8:30 am this morning in Maine. I took pictures about 10 minutes after the video and the color faded out, and right exactly where this thing was in the sky (you can tell by the tree's below) a HUGE circle came about and in it was a wispy type cloud. Really unusual. Check out my photos and my video and please comment what you will, but I am only showing this because I just want to see what you all think. Also please read my caption below my video, that may answer more of your questions. Don't you find that a little odd? Pause the video when pulled out and look at where this was and than look at my photo of that same spot and see what is there. I find that very strange.... |

That type of circle thing seems to be happening quite a bit, I saw one yesterday here in Central FL. But it's been almost 10 years and it hasnt killed us all yet, so I'm willing to write it off as some sort of optical reflection upper atmo thingy that I don't know enough about to comment on and call it a day. |

I see these alot at sunrise/sunset...but only in the chemtrail clouds. Have dozens of pictures of them over last few years. jimmy |
