If your sister had a skin disease then she didn't have a clean body. And if this worked for her then it looks like you don't have to have a 'clean' body to use this therapy for it to work.

Feces is a waste product you wouldn't want to use. Urine is just vitamins, minerals, salts etc that your body didn't need at the moment. People have survived drinking urine when water wasn't available so if urine was a poison they would have gotten sick and died. Urine has also been used in place of blood transfusions to keep people alive. Horse urine has been turned into medicine for menopausal women. So urine has been used many different ways to help people and to keep them alive.

When urine sits for a while then it will turn into ammonia. It doesn't come out of your body as ammonia.

i did it for about 10 days, hot morning urine - 1 cup, added mint oil or lime to cut the after-taste, did not notice anything, but you will sweat out a urine odor, so i stopped because of work. I would try again if i need to due to health issues.

You don't make sense, she had the disease because of several factors.
I didn't say your body has to be clean, I said it's better this way, because the urine is better this way.

I read somewhere that 2 drops of urine will cure an ear infection.....
