Do you deny that Jesus Christ was an Historical figure? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24799796
You see, you're playing into the 'catch phrase' game to figure out if I'm 'one of you'.
Leave that bit up to God, okay?
That's the 'devils language' (judging via catch phrases, stereotypes, labels, etc.) and I refuse to acknowledge that.
We are living in a world where what they teach in school is that essentially from a point of being, is that "you do not matter to the universe as you are a product of randomness and chance."
And when I look out in the world I see a lot of people who feel and behave as such. Not understanding that they ARE a part of something greater than themselves.
Why don't Christians challenge the way they go about spreading this essential message, that people do matter to this Creation?
The science is there, the perspective is available, the information is flowing at an astonishing rate, ready to be discerned. I don't get why most people keep turning to a 2000 year old book (and I'm not attempting to discount it at all) when RIGHT NOW you can learn about what's happening in this reality in real time.
I mean, I guess I would have to give some credit to the Creationists out there. At least they are trying.
