And how long do they stay 'fresh' in the can? Quoting: tandym They can stay fresh in the can for over 25 years. To roast them just put a handfull into a cast iron pan and heat. You vary the roast by how long you cook them. I like to roast them until the second crack. I'm tired of waiting, somebody push the damn button already!
