Haven't read all the comments yet so if this has been mentioned/covered I appologize. With regard to "blowing the levies"(?sp)......keep in mind that DHS recently purchased somewhere in the range of 1,500 pounds of high explosives. IIRC it was on the same purchase order as a large number of Rifles & ammo. *shrug* Just wanted to throw that on the wall & see if it sticks.
