France on Monday unveiled a package of reforms designed to increase access to abortion, including 100 percent reimbursement of medical costs by the state social security system.

I think it is too keep the population explosion in check, would be a good idea for all countries but with our brain dead bibletards in the USA and everyone believing they must experiance birth first hand, in the End France will be the best place to live.

Hopefully the laws that France has and the child limits like CHina has will soon become global laws.
