The only ones who benefited from the bailout was the rich assholes that own it, and to help them get the cash they needed to send the Volt and Cadillac manufacturing to China.. That was probably even a fricking stipulation. Sure, it benefited the people who work there b/c they still have a job, but, let's not kid ourselves here. Most corporations in this sense, care not about their people, so it is by default that it helps them, not by volition.

If enough corporation "people" pool enough money behind their "person", then they can get whatever they want. But even then it hardly matters b/c that escrow was set up long ago.

Me as a "people", I am not afforded that opportunity, so, that's the way I look at it... but that's a whole other story.
