For a spell to work it must be done honestly and spoken or written without malice. You need to begin again.

Do not put hate into it, rather, you need to center the spell and it's writing on protecting your kids, mention how this dealer has made your family suffer, mention how you want him to go away from your family forever and never return.

The spell you are casting is going to make it worse for your kid, guaranteed.
