Gas was about $4 a gallon at one point in During the Bush Administration. It fell to under 2$ because the market crashed, as recovery began the price rose accordingly.

Obama admitted energy prices would skyrocket under his admin. Why make excuses for him when he wanted that to happen? Or at the least, knew it would.

Here is the best example of him committing treason.

American troops are in Afghanistan, fighting and dying for our country's leaders. While the American forces are locked in battle with Al Qaeda and the Taliban, Obama and his administration go behind the country's back and offers to arm and pay both the Taliban and Al Qaeda to fight against Assad in Syria.

That is offering aid to the enemy during a time of war. That is treason, that is punishable by death by firing squad. I am not advocating that Obama should be put up against a wall and shot to death, but I do believe he should be arrested, charged with treason, and sentenced to life without chance for parole.

As of now the Canadian market for Heavy crude is only the U.S. This pipeline is being built to send that crude to China. With more DEMAND the price will rise.

He can SAY whatever he wants. But until he provides direct aid and comfort to the declared enemies of the United States, it's CRIMINAL, but doesn't rise to the legal level of treason.

Several on the Anti-War left COMMITTED ACTUAL TREASON in the last decade, but were not charged for it. CNN admitted that it directly shilled for Saddam is one glaring example.

The closest Obama comes to the legal definition of "Treason" is FAST and FURIOUS, the attempt by the administration to kill the 2nd Amendment. but even that doesn't rise to the level of treason.

I have not seen anything about the U.S. arming the Taliban. But I do remember someone giving Iran weapons in exchange for hostages. Does Iran Contra ring a bell?

The only logical reasoning I can conclude as to "where are the defenders of the constitution" is, they're all so corrupt they are blackmailing one another, while lining their pockets and creating ACTS to benefit them...the oligarchy.

The rule of law as a Representative Republic is gone.

Its been replaced with a "democracy" as Jefferson explained it so clearly "Democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where 51% of the people may take away the rights of the other 49%" a century and a half ago.

The 14th Amendment cancelled out the Republic. That happened because the 13th Amendment was swept under the rug...

Actually, the United States is a mixture of the two systems of government (Republican under Common Law, and democratic under statutory law).
