Needing real healing expert advice

im a beginner and have had results but i need more recommendation from someone who has actually energy healed.

what advice do you have? what do you imagine, do etc?

My method of healing is thinking no thoughts concentrating on the person, i always heal online by connecting with the written energy of the person. If i feel i have a "connection" with the person of intention, i rapidly move my hands backwards and forwards by releasing energy from my hands of different colors, put it into infront of me and blow with my breath at the intended person as i close my eyes and attempt to move forward at the person's energy. Also use tornado's of various colors with my hands and mind to direct.
