I mentioned the most important of how a bit back, mainly you must learn to stay Conscious and Aware as you go to sleep, and you must learn to project out of your physical body and experience yourself in Spirit form. Learning to be Lucid and Awake in your Dreams are also important, and can be done before learning the actual Astral projection or Out of Body experience.

Other things you should learn to maximize your chances is to understanding your true nature, how your Mind works both within you and around you in your outside world. Get to know yourself, and those parts of you that are not truly you, yet they are still alive and can be known, some have called them angels, some demons. I will mention that in more detail in my next post.
