It is some good reading and thoughts, I agree, I've heard this before, but ya know after months and months of implementing these ideas, and really no big break thru, it's easy to forget about, so again glad to be reminded on ways of doing things. And what a bummer that weed is a no go.  It took me over 6 months for my first "break through". Dont give up. I smoke weed too, that might be my problem I am having in regards to have true command of OBEs. It is called Cannabis and we humans have been smoking it for tens if not hundreds of thousands of years. We humans are actually made of cannaboids.
