Well, to some degree but not really. Just as Hell is an artificial made up construct so is Heaven in fact. Both are "demonic" in that sense, since both are illusions created to keep people away from the real truth. So, it is limiting people to either try avoid hell, or try to end up in Heaven. That gives a small room of exploration - there is something more in BOTH ends, beyond Hell, and beyond Heaven. They both exist within the same Sphere of Existence, and Earth can be said to be in the middle, but also within the same Sphere. There is much more to existence than the 3 of them.

Regarding the Jesus quote, yes, he did mean the way OUT of the whole illusion. He himself was a member of one of the same secret orders I am in myself and he was a good man that a lot can be said about, he did not die, he lived on for many years after the crucifixion. But I may try to get more onto that sometime later as thats a much more different topic than what I am trying to tell right now.

There is not much to tell, as it is already very detailed as it is. Try it out, and everything is fairly well explained within the course.

Personally I use mostly other type of practices when visiting parallel worlds and alternate universes, the mentioned course is however probably one of the easiest ways to get started for most people.

Learn about astral projection and lucid dreaming as well, and develop your own system of doing these practices, and you will be well on your way towards anything you may seek.

Another good program available for the public that is worth mentioning is The Gateway Experience by the Monroe Institute. It is the best audio course on astral projection I have stumbled over myself, and designed in a very useful step by step type of program that most people will find some benefit from.

There are two crucial things. One of them is complete stillness of the physical body. Do not move. Let the body remain relaxed and still in one fixed position. It will set up energetic circuits within that helps induce the OBE state. This is crucial for the flow of energy you speak of to even happen.

The second thing that is crucial, is a method of projecting the Consciousness, or Mind, out and away from the physical body. This can be done in any symbolic way found appropriate by the practitioner. Imagination is the key, and whatever you can properly imagine that consists of your consciousness separated from your body, is the correct way.

Of course, relating to the above, is that the body must be able to fall asleep, while the Mind stays awake.

A full projection is only possible when the body is completely still, and asleep, while the Mind is awake, and alert, and projected away from the body.

In any other situation, the best possible to achieve would be something like "Remote Viewing", which is a "Light" version of a true Astral Projection. That would be more a form of "inner vision" type of experience, whereas an Astral Projection is completely external and experienced as if actually being in any other remote location away from the body.
