What a gigantic pile of BULLSHIT Obama can throw and act like its absolutely real. Apparently that's how he got himself elected in 2008... throw bullshit and act like its totally real. OBAMA MUST GO!!!! He was stunned, he had no come back to facts such as, the 90 billion wasted on green energy companies that went belly up and were big donors to his campaign. and he added how that money could have been spent on creating more real jobs. Romney stuck it to him when he said you could have hired 2 million teachers with that 90 billion. :TOMABANEFOX: It's more humane this way ya know, or burn on totem pole. Choice is yours. |

No one won this debate....certainly not the American people! Well we here on GLP are aware of what is going on but in my opinion, there are millions out there who have NO IDEA how much the President screwed this country. Tonight ROMNEY exposed the farce I am gonna laugh harder when Biden tries to debate ryan When Paul Ryan debates Joe Biden, Biden's performance will be called " worthy of someone with Down's Syndrome ". Anonymous Coward User ID: 24790227 United States 10/03/2012 11:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | personally, while i was pleasantly surprised at how well spoken romney was, i was disappointed by his... i dunno.. attitude? i felt like he was being disrespectful of the debate process and acting as if he felt he was in charge of things, and not the moderator. while i think they both spoke well, i feel like obama seemed more respectful of the process of the debate in general. as far as their talking points, the things they say, etc. they're both lying assholes :) Quoting: Canadian_lady25 When the moderator is letting your opponent counter your answer but not allowing you to counter your opponents answer, you have to get a little pushy. It was very obvious in the first question and throughout that the moderator did not want Romney challenging Obama. |

cartographica User ID: 24521873 United States 10/03/2012 11:53 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I watched the expanded version of the debate on DemocracyNow. What a refreshing difference. Both Obama & Romney talked a bunch of doublespeak, going round in circles and didn't say a damn thing worth listening too. Lehrer was a real pushover as a moderator too. What a wus. On the other hand, Stein and Anderson (regardless of whether you agree with them) gave clear, concise, informed and thoughtful answers. They also covered topics that the other two clowns were too scared to go near: drones, kill lists, Patriot Act, SOPA, NDAA, single payer health care, obscene military industrial complex spending, the insurance industry racket, immigration, human rights, healthy food, etc. If I had to choose, I think Stein was just slightly better than Anderson. Damn shame most of the country didn't get to hear their side of the story. Needless to say, I don't think either Obama or Romney won any points. A big negative turn-off from both of them. No one won this debate....certainly not the American people! I disagree. It was more like a true debate. If it was the usual type, Romney would not have been given even half the chance he had to expose obama's lies. It's really annoying when the moderator breaks into someone in midsentence. It happened here a couple of times but nothing like the usual.
