Romney definitely won the debate, but he won't win the war.
In my opinion, Obama was holding back.

Super Pacs and negative ads serve that purpose, NOT THE CANDIDATE. This is a rule in politics. So you won't likely see Obama get dirty. It turns off undecided voters heavily. These debates will give Romney an opportunity to shine, simply because Obama can't get too dirty -- and all we've heard for six months is DIRT in the media on Romney. Romney just being Romney and having that air time will overwhelm Obama.
