People are noticing that he was witnessed being brought into the jail wearing body armor, and if true, it means all that staged body armor strewn out back wasn't actually stripped off him. Obviously, it wouldn't be easy to strip off an unconscious 6'3 man.

As he is sitting in the witness chair, I have seen people who have been given a little bit of -- well he acts like he's suffering from Geodon, an atypical antipsychotic -- acting like it's to blame for their behavior. I think he's playing the best he can at being mentally incompetent, drugs a side effect, and I think he doesn't know what mentally incompetent looks like, or is such a narcissist to not believe it may really apply to him today. He is pretending, as though acting like a senile old man will help him now? Even acting pathetic shows he's got a remorse for something, meaning he's got a remorse for something he did, and he wasn't an innocent bystander.

In all honesty, the crazy people I have seen in my lifetime, the institutionalized, the drugged, the real total psychos -- none of them feint this incompetence when drugged. Even the ones that had ECT, and were put on wheelchairs because their memory was fried, and they were drooling, when they came out of it a few days later, they weren't acting pathetic. Weak, sure, but they still could make eye contact. And still, past all their hospitalizations with extreme diagnoses, they never pulled a stunt like what happened at that movie theater.

The atypical antipsychotics will fry your memory. He will say something in five minutes, and two hours from then, with the next dose, it will wipe his will to remember. That's why there are so many fat people on atypical antipsychotics -- they forget they had lunch, and have lunch again.

He is playing the softie trying to buy time in a hospital instead of prison. He is faking senile memory problem, for the camera no doubt.

The red paint on his body was so he could get away with murder. That way, if blood spattered on him, he could go back to wherever and say it was red paint going down the drain. The sad part is that his accomplices aren't on trial with him.
