PravdaDemocrat (OP) User ID: 19228212 United States 10/04/2012 12:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | ... Quoting: Saddletramp Well, first off, they always do that. Hard Right in the primaries, hard Center in the general election. Also, when he talked about Obamacare, he mentioned that the 10th amendment allowed for the States to decide how they spend these dollars. I didn't get anything particularly "leftist" out of what he said. He also talked about how the country had to rely on the private economy for any real growth, and he did point out that everything Obama said was simply "More Government". So while it wasn't fire breathing conservative, I think it was pretty damn conservative compared to the current regime... All this said, I'm still voting for Gary Johnson, but I'm in Texas where Romney will win by 10 to 12 points, so I have the luxury of voting my conscience... Which is what drives voters crazy. Remember how Obama tried to act like a centrist? He said he was a uniter. Not left or right... lol that turned out to be a huge lie. So which Romney can I expect if he is elected? This center/left (in my opinion) that we saw last night? Or the more conservative Romney we saw in the primaries? Before I vote, I would like to know who I am voting for.... Most people don't pay enough attention to even realize there is a change of tone between the primaries and general elections, their first exposure to Romney without a MSM filter was last night, and I think it went very well for him. But Remember, he was governor of Mass, and they don't exactly grow Fire Brand Conservatives on tree's in Boston... The REAL loser last night was a totally corrupted gay-run mainstream media that has spent months desperately crafting a Mitt Romney that doesn’t exist... And: A corrupt mainstream media that has spent years desperately crafting a POTUS Barack Obama that doesn’t exist... Last Edited by PravdaDemocrat on 10/04/2012 12:58 PM |
