Obama nailed it, he had Romney singing like a canary while he laughed, sat back and took notes. I don't think Americans understand politics much...
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16233071 So, you watched the same debate I did!! *high fives*
I keep reading these threads and the news and it's like everyone else watched a completely different debate than I did. Only a few of us got the Obama wins version.
Quoting: Copernica Even Obamas MSNBC lefty cheerleaders were saying he got destroyed.
Quoting: *Heisenberg* I know! And that's why I'm all confused.
I watched the debate, I know what I saw. I did not watch any of the post-analysis stuff. I haven't read any of the news articles thoroughly, just headlines. And I am astonished that MSM and people here are all saying the Romney won.
I'm actually curious if there's been something in the MSM that has convinced everyone to believe Romney won? OR did people turn off the tv at the end of the debate believing Romney won?
I'm also wondering if the network that people viewed it on made a difference? Some networks rarely showed a split screen, and others it was almost always a split screen.
I think the split screen really made Romney look bad...and combined with his words? Total loss. IMHO. The words that come to me are "rabid dog" and "petulant teenager" and "orange". (But we'll overlook the orange - he just needs a new make-up person!! So does Obama - they made him look a little whiter than normal...but that was probably on purpose. o.O)
Mayhaps I should start a new thread and ask those questions? ::shrug::
Anyway - I am going to rewatch it, maybe I did miss something? ...although I don't think so.
