Perhaps, perhaps not. But one thing Romney WILL do, is return the rights back to the STATES to decide what is best for their citizens. The CITIZENS will vote, and although we may not like the outcome, at least it is not some unfunded mandate by Executive Order from some power-hungry narcissist who decides on his own which Laws he will uphold and which he will not.

As the citizen of a STATE, if you TRULY cannot abide a certain law which was passed by your own friends and neighbors,you have the choice to move to one of the other 49 states.

In my opinion, you can't allow Mississippi to handle their education money because they'll put the money somewhere else.

There are a handfull of states that are run by the seat of their pants and use various Federal Funds for political gain within the state.

If we had states rights for civil liberties, black would still be excluded from mainstream society.
