But one thing Romney WILL do, is return the rights back to the STATES to decide what is best for their citizens. The CITIZENS will vote, and although we may not like the outcome, at least it is not some unfunded mandate by Executive Order from some power-hungry narcissist who decides on his own which Laws he will uphold and which he will not. As the citizen of a STATE, if you TRULY cannot abide a certain law which was passed by your own friends and neighbors,you have the choice to move to one of the other 49 states. No one thinks Romney can repeal Roe v Wade by himself. But returning it to the states would be a step in the right direction. At least he has not been a propenent of denial of care to infants surviving abortion attempts the way Obama has been. Yeah, Barry actually advocated for that when a state senator in Illinois, just let the baby die if it manages to survive the abortion.
