I am a timetraveller from the year 2021

I know this may be a lot to take in but please hear me out it is all i ask.

I was just a regular person in 2021, i was then aged 54 years old, my full name Henry Waffle,
i was a factory manager, nothing special, i had worked my way up the ladder so to speak.
Yes 2021 is very different and there are many earth changing differences between now and then, and i can get to that later, however i was just a simple man walking back from a days work to my office across the road.
Suddenly i felt myself falling, but its hard to describe because there was no hole, yet i kept falling, and i started to whirl round and round, it got faster, it soon became virtualy impossible to keep up and i found myself loosing consciousness.

I woke up on the grass, seeing everywhere looked different, there were still buildings, the skies were still blue, it wasnt possible.
Then i realised i had traveled back in time to before the great war of 2013, i must have.
After pinching myself to make sure i wasnt dreaming, i walked around, heading for a newsagent i looked at the paper and the date, and sure enough it was 3rd october 2012 (yesturday in your timeframe).

I have been walking the streets telling people i am a timetraveller nobody will believe me, i do not know what to do, i must return to my timeline this isnt my time.
I have been thinking also, maybe i should warn you all about 2013, but i can`t, it has to hapen its destiny, its not up to me to affect the fate of the world.

With all that said, the main issue at hand is returning to my timeline, i am on here to seek help
