Following the Bible is the best way friend...a church can be refreshing to be around others who think the same but unfortunately most churches these days ever pick up the word of God.

from god, he inspired men to write it yes thats true, but it hasnt been changed and the only thing that gets changed is how men like to twist it round to how they beleive it to be saying.
being in a cult isnt the same at all. if you join a cult then your there property you step out of line your out and if your familys in you can never see them ever again, this thread is about cults not gods word in the bible.

the men who chose what would be included in the bible...the gospels. who where they? priests.

Have you ever read about how they chose which books to include and which to not? it is quite interest. I highly recommend looking into it, needless to say, it was done in a manner that would not allow books that didn't include references to the past in.

I dare say there are other books out there that were never included in the bible but only because they didn't fit the strict criteria - not that their message was not one with Gods.

Don't misunderstand me though! I am 100% sure the Bible is as it is today because of Gods influence.
