you are not alone;; i call it returning to the nothing, just sit there in the nothing and think, the machine will bring you back up with or against your will.

Pray to the Father in Heaven through His Son and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ask Him to come into your heart and forgive you of your sins through the sacrifice that Jesus made for you.
