In Hong Kong, the government forced farmers off small farms and most of the population was housed in huge towering apartment buildings. 70 percent of rural and farm land is off limits. Maybe that is the plan here. Drive out small farmers, businesses, close down small towns, jack up the proce of fuel, jack up the price of houses, land, property taxes and force everyone into large cities.
