OP you have ASCENSION SYNDROME. It is not an illness and it caused you to make changes you needed to make. You probably are kundalini raised but if not, its coming to you soon.

First of all, all disease is diet related and comes from within. Louis Pasteur admited on his death bed that he was wrong..."the microbe is nothing, the terrain is everything".

Did you change your light bulbs to the energy efficient ones around the time this started? Those things probably burn off and expel the chemicals within them throughout the span they are viable.

When i was going thru this, doctors could do nothing, learn about herbs and frequencies, this works, and its interesting and harmless. Be your own doctor.Learn spirituality. It also sounds like Satin, evil forces. Seek Jesus. Wayne Dyer's book, "The power of Intent"...learn the way god intended you to be. It sounds like lyme disease. Good luck getting it diagnosed if you live in the US. It's on the unofficial ignore list of the health insurance companies. Medical physicians are losing their licenses for trying to diagnose and treat this disease.

My tuppenceworth:

Your NO.1 disability is NHS doctors.

(Research into how they have to use bullet point diagnosis maps supplied online by NICE etc.

See the recent research report from GMC and Patients Association on how badly dismissive and rude GPs are).



Your No.2 disability is being female and expecting an NHS doctor to treat you like a rational human being.

Seriously, I've lost count of the number of females - of all ages - that I know who've been told they have nothing but 'stress' or they're over-reacting or imagining things.

One of my staff, a Brazilian woman married to an Englishman, kept going to her GP with a range of period type probs for 3 yrs. GP told her it was stress. She went on holiday back to Brazil, saw her family's doc who immediately sent her to a specialist.

Poor woman came out with a PROPER diagnosis of womb cancer. She was treated and survived. But no thanks to UK health service.

One of my family members had a range of uncomfortable symptoms similar to yours and kept going to GP for 14 years. (Fourteen!) Kept being told it was psychosomatic. She was even sent to a psychiatrist at one point.

She eventually went to a private doc, had some blood tests done at an independent lab. The results came back within 24hrs: she had been suffering badly from life threatening Addisons Disease and severe Lupus.


My neighbour had a fall, broken leg, plaster cast. GP kept fobbing off her reports of severe pain etc as 'over reaction'. When they took the cast off it was horrendously obvious that the original doctor had missed an open wound which had become gangrenous. The woman was sent in a sirens-blaring ambulance to the nearest specialist hospital and had an immediate emergency operation to save her leg. One hour more and she would have lost it they told her.


I could tell you scores of stories like this - and this is just from my own circle.

Please, never believe a doctor when they fob you off with 'all in your mind'.


So if I may, here are some things I'd strongly recommend:

1. Take a daily magnesium tab - cheap as chips from Tesco.

2. Take a daily multi B vitamin tab - ditto.

3. Take a daily Omega 3 capsule - ditto.

4. Take a daily Vit D tab - ditto.

5. Eat a small selection of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds, brazil nuts, sesame seeds/tahini daily.

(In addition to your normal healthy diet with lots of apples, berries, root veg, a wide range of grains like porage/oats, quinoa, couscous, spelt, rye AND potatoes which are crammed with essential phytochemicals. And no cokes/pepsi/fizzy drinks/aspartame/artificial junk. Tea/coffee/herbal teas fine in moderation and fruit juices.)

6. If the first 5 haven't reduced symptoms after 6 weeks, see a private medical specialist doctor. Ask for a full blood panel, a full endocrinology panel, EEG, rheumatology panel. Get everything in writing and audio record the consultation.

You might spend a few £hundred but your health is far too precious to leave to NHS doctors.
