Good diet/no meat or sugar though Quoting: Anonymous Coward 14637990
I am fairly active I walk about a mile a day, and ten miles at the weekend.
I am 5ft 11 and 13 stone
I have an office job so dont actually get that much sunlight unless its at the weekend.
And no I have not taken vitamins or supplements, I hate pharmacuticals and take them only when absaloutly desperate.
Just my opinion here, but I'd mix in some lean meats to your diet. Things like salmon or chicken. No red meat. Protein is very important, and I believe, for most people (not all, by any means), meat is essential.
Maybe try to get outside a bit more into the sunshine. I know it's easier said than done with a busy schedule, but the specific type of vitamin D that sunshine provides is unique and can't be gotten by any other means.
You sound like you're doing the right things. I wish I could give you some more advice.
Something you might consider looking into is "candida". A friend of mine has it, and the symptoms vary greatly for people. It's a naturally occurring bacteria in our bodies that can get out of hand and provoke various responses, including autoimmune. Generally, doctors won't look into this unless specifically requested to do so by the patient. You might want to give that a look.
Good luck to you. I hope you find out what's up, and get treatment for it; in whatever form that treatment might take. :)
