Good for them. SPORT hunting is disgusting. Hunting to feed your family is entirely different. People who think killing for fun is a sport do not follow Jesus Christ's teachings.

They are just taking away a means of feeding themselves without grocery stores. We hunt each Fall and the deer meat lasts all year. We also get prairie chickens and pheasants. Those do not last very long but are a pleasant treat.

Also to the person insinuating that guns cause violence. Why do we not see mass shootings at gun ranges? In between my family members we own nearly 50 guns and not one act of violence has ever been perpetrated by them. It is the people who grow up without hunting in the inner cities that do not learn to have the proper respect for them. I equate them with food and they equate them with violence.

There are more deer in North America now then when Columbus arrived...and they are healthy and not starving because we control their numbers...
