O,please...She also banned drinking everywhere,street performers,opening bank accounts with a passport,walking on anything but sidewalks(although half of CR doesn't have sidewalks...) and a bunch of other stuff...The bitch is going crazy.Meahwhile the prices here are INSANE and keep going up every month.And for that person that said that CR is safe....bullshit,nothing but thiefs and scams here
