BTW labor participation rate is at decade lows.This Does not account for the people who have fallen off the rolls, given up or have accepted crappy part time jobs in Halloween Stores or for Christmas ramp up. Holiday ramp up begins in September to have people to help with getting the stock in & getting them trained before the Christmas shopping kicks in around early November.
