Shit OP, I have this book, I bought it like 21 years ago and wanted to post some of it here but, ya copyrighted.
The first time I read it I laughed all the way through, I thought it was some kind of comedy. I decided that since it was soo much fun I would read it again and then I realized they were serious. There are some great lines in this book. I have it as I pulled it out again (for a laugh) again about a month ago. It's a classic.
