So much of what has been written in this thread resonates with my experiences over the last 4 years...the ability to relate to others is very soothing in these times..... Yes you absolutely can change the frequency by which your body vibrates. Who convinced you this was not possible? You do not do it through reading 'knowledge' alone.
Additionally, I do not 'believe' my DNA will change, I know that my physiology is changing because I am experiencing it first-hand. Others are too. Do you really think that 90% of DNA is really 'junk DNA'?
