Wow... twice in a row that I side with the civillian... that was excessive and in no way appropriate action by the cops.

The last one -- where the cop sucker punched the female after he mistakingly thought she sprayed water on him... that cop has been suspended for 30 days, pending termination. The major has personally apologized to the female and all charges against her dropped.

Looks like justice in this case will take a little longer.
