I live in VA near DHS and FBI buildings I drive alot in this area for work as well. The goverment has always roamed the roads in there blacked out suburbans but now as of last week I noticed that all of the suburbans have brand new heavy duty towing hitches on them. Also they have increased there collection of white 4x4 work type vans. All of my coworkers wanna know why they need 4x4 vans in VA any thoughts?
