Ever get the idea that the people who wrote this bill so blatantly NAMED it such so that peeps like ourselves (who they know are watching their every move) would pick up the CLUE?

They can't come right out and tell us what is going on but they can keep dropping breadcrumbs like this without getting in trouble.

I wouldn't say that is correct. I don't know much about religion & this new age stuff. I will tell you that an energy popped outside my heart & then my body. I got so freaked out and went to both Catholic and Christian churches to find out what happened and guess what? they laughed at me. I then couldn't eat anything but organic veggies & fruit for a month. I went onto a specific website and found out I had a spiritual awakening, and that God had baptized me with the holy Spirit. So to say Jesus is the only way is totally absorbed and is false. I love Jesus as much as I love Buddha or any other Human. We are all connected and their is no one better than the other.

I think they know a major geological cataclysm is coming and they are trying to plan for what that could mean and how the resulting disorder will be handled. They know it's going to be very very bad and they are scared. Survivors will be looking to them for help and they know they'll not be able to provide it adequately for all concerned. I believe they fully expect that civil unrest will occur along with massive fatalities and both will have to be dealt with severely in order to bring some semblance of order back to whatever remains

Religious considerations ... no more needs to be said. I always suspected that was going to end up the case of these Fema camps. I really do not think they are for your genuine citizens at all - as in not for those for America.

IMHO there has to be some major event to cover up the huge financial implosion that is coming. TPTB have been telling the sheeple for 4 years how things are getting better yet they have to know that everything they've done is only making it worse. It's been one huge cover up that is going to blow up in their face at some point and they need something else to blame it on. They can't just let the economy go to shit and say they never saw it coming because I do believe that people would then revolt after realizing how they have been lied too. So the question becomes what will they blame it on? False flag terror attack, WW3, meteorite they know is coming, pole shift, etc. The fact is something is going to happen and right now there are many possibilities. The only thing that is certain is there will be civil unrest and they have been preparing for it for some time. If they're not ready they are damn close. At VERY least, a New Madrid disaster.. with 8+ quakes and splitting America in half.
Add stats along with all the recent FEMA plans and it all points to that as a clear starter point.
That kind of event would indeed affect ALL RESOURCES, thus the resources preparedness executive order.
Could that mean a hand in hand connection to total economic collapse, or other severe Earth changes? It's possible but I believe the New Madrid is a standout.

How does it make you feel thinking that more or many of these things could happen?
