shit, the only reasons I can figure it dropped from 21 to 19% range this past July to August is because the coroner got really busy, people moved or they're out temporarily canvassing for change at people's door instead of on the street

There was quite a few companies that laid people off last month some that the president ask not to announce but they were given their pink slip, so I say false.

They did say Chicago would cook something up after the debate but they sure missed on this one, not many people are dumb enough to believe it.

They have to manipulate the numbers under 8% so he can be re-elected. No president has been re-elected with unemployment over 8%. I don't think America has had as many mentally retarded people as they do now though.

I do not believe that most will believe these figures. Romney said more like 11% to 14% as so many are either part time or still looking or given up. I can see it in the South, still no jobs or much hope.

Is it really hard to believe that the unemployment rate dropped three tenths of one percent? That's not a significant amount. It's only (.3). Or is the number being under 8% the real problem? Last October it was 9% and dropped to 8.6% in November and no one cried about it then.

Remember that the number is the ratio of those in the work force, but not employed, to the total.

One of the factors of being in the work force means filing for unemployment benefits. Once your benefits run out and you can't file you are no longer counted as part of the work force....... also if you looked for years and couldn't find a job comensurate with your talents and had to take a very low paying job just to survive........You're not counted either.

That many jobs may very well have been created, but it doesn't mean things are that much better........ WE know they are not.
