(OP) If you're still here, I'll explain 'why'
Steve Jobs was a 'inventor.' He had a vision in his mind of what he wanted to put out, & made it happen. Now that Jobs is gone, you wont see any "New Gadget's" come out of Apple. It's over for them. All they will do is upgrade the Phones & Pads, that's it... They wont 'invent' anything new. Understand what I'm trying to say?!?

Not just individual inventions, but invention and innovations of whole teams of people. And not just from other companies, but from his own company. Brilliant engineers left Apple in a steady stream every single year Jobs was there, out of rage and disgust. He was absolutely shameless, and vicious towards his victims. Steve Jobs invent something? Shit, he even ripped off Woz! You know nothing.
