They will use it as an excuse to riot and steal flat screen tv's and expensive hightop basketball shoes and so forth.
One excuse is as good as another but it will be isolated to only those areas already prone to burning down their own neighborhoods in random acts of stupidity. Then they whine because there are no stores in their area.
