I have had the theme song from the Jefferson's TV show in my head for 3 days now.

You need to listen to an equally annoying song that has embedd potential like Whitney Houstons I will always love you or that new one Some Nights by Fun.

And then listen to it a few times to replace the other one.

Then just absorb yourself in all kinds of music for a little bit and it'll work itself outta yer head.
