Bill introduced in Ohio would effectively ban concealed carry without repealing it.
This is how they want to circumvent CCW without repealing CCW. This tactic will be coming to your state soon, be aware!

You would not even be allowed to have a gun in your own apartment or rented home without permission.

Article; Two Ohio Democrat State Representatives, Bill Patmon and Ted Celeste, are co-sponsoring a bill "to generally prohibit a person from having a firearm on privately owned land or premises unless the person owns, controls, or resides on or in the land or premises, has permission of the owner or person who controls the land or premises and, if the land or premises is rental property, of the tenant when required, or is the tenant with respect to those premises." The bill specifies that it "applies to any person, including a concealed handgun licensee."

HB595 would essentially reverse current law, which allows concealed carry on private property unless a sign is posted requesting that law-abiding CHL-holders stay out, and replace it with a requirement that CHLs would need to obtain permission to carry almost anywhere they go. That permission could come in the form of a sign specifically granting permission to CHL-holders, or by the CHL-holder obtaining permission either orally or in writing. The bill would even require non-tenants on rented or leased property to obtain permission to bring a firearm on the property. Short of obtaining that permission, the gun owner or concealed handgun licensee would not be allowed to go on the property, visit a place of business, or even to keep a gun in their friend's apartment or place of business (if they lease).

Lot of this bill is fear mongering touted to people who have never been around a gun and just have hollywood ideas about guns & no real world experience with them.

Eminent Domain with Guns is what OP supports.
Private Property should not be taken without permission or contract and nobody should have a right to enter private property without permission or contract ESPECIALLY armed and most certainly not with concealed weapons.

WINNSBORO, Texas, October 5, 2012 (ENS) – Eleanor Fairchild, 78, was arrested Thursday for trespassing on her own ranch as she tried to halt construction of TransCanada’s Keystone XL pipeline. The pipeline is being built by the Canadian company to carry diluted bitumen from the Alberta tar sands to refineries on the Gulf of Mexico.

Actress and activist Daryl Hannah was also arrested as the two women stood in front of an excavator sent by TransCanada to clear trees along the pipeline route bisecting the east Texas ranch.

Law enforcement officials arrest actress Daryl Hannah and Eleanor Fairchild as they block TransCanada tree-clearing equipment. October 4, 2012 (Photo courtesy Tar Sands Blockade)

Early this morning, both Fairchild and Hannah were released from the Wood County jail in Quitman, Texas. They were both charged with criminal trespass; Hannah was additionally charged with resisting arrest.

Today both women are in Dallas appearing on TV news broadcasts.

TransCanada’s construction crews worked through the night to bulldoze and burn piles of trees on Fairchild’s 300 acre ranch.

Fairchild and her husband bought the land near Winnsboro when her husband retired as an oil industry geologist. The Keystone XL pipeline will permanently bisect the 300 acre ranch, which includes undeveloped wetland areas and natural springs producing over 400 gallons of fresh water per minute from her property.

Fairchild has been opposed to the pipeline since she was first informed that the route would cross her land years ago.

You have stated on a public forum that you would murder someone for having a weapon on your property.

Interesting. One reason I am still registered to vote as a
Republican is because of the apparent attempt by Democrats
especially during the Clinton years to pass restrictive
gun laws. You notice how the Democrats as of late in the
US Congress have hot brought up anymore gun legislation.
They learned they lose millions of votes from people by
attempting to disarm the American people. Even Obama who
everyone thought would be an anti-gunner has not proposed
any new gun laws and in fact signed a piece legislation
allowing the carrying of guns onto federal lands {I think
it was the National Parks}.

What is also interesting is the Supreme Court just ruled
that the Second Amendment does indeed allow the possession
of guns even in places like Washington, D.C. where until
now did not allow any gun ownership. So with all do respect
to these scum bag representatives from Ohio, I would suggest
they take the guns they are probably hiding under the bed,
make sure they are unloaded, and stick them where the
sun don't shine.

This clear attempt to circumnavigate the Second Amendment
will not stand up in court even if it is passed.
