Khan's nuclear network was Iran, and as of a few years ago, they (Iran) had completed the assembly of several fully functional nuclear rucksack weapons. No, they didn't have the fuel, but they have since gotten it. In any case, the deal is this: Those bombs have been seeded here in the U.S., and the only thing they are waiting for is either the U.S. or Israel attacking them (Iran). I do not see how anyone can tell the OP that what he describes is not possible, of course it is. But the problem is that our own stinking rotten government has been outright lying to us for so damned long, and gotten caught in so damned many of these lies that NO ONE trusts them farther than they can throw them, and would not we all like to do exactly that!

If Iran has built nuclear power plants and are waiting for power rods (20% inrichment), then they plan on making Nuclear power. If there are no power plants built then they're trying to build a bomb (90% inrichment). The DHS is preping to see if they can keep the people fearful and greatful.

Well, we know for a fact that Hezbollah has been embedded in the U.S. for a decade (google) so there's reason for concern.
