cell tower strobes
We live in an area filled with cell towers. Most of them are red at night, and one in particular near us has gone white, flashing into our windows too. You have to complain, either formally, or informally to the FCC. If you don't get help at your state level, go to DC ... The DC number is 1(888)225 5322. Good luck, and consider a formal complaint. It's light pollution, and removal of peaceful enjoyment of your property.

They will flash either red or white, depending on the sky conditions, so the planes, helicopters dont smash into them.

Go to www.antennasearch.com
Find out who owns the tower. Send them an email or call them and report the tower malfunction. Let them know if they don't respond or repair it in 48 hours, that you will be reporting it to the FCC/FAA. That should take care of the problem. It worked for me.

Re: cell tower strobes
As a general rule towers are strobes during daylight and red flashers during night.

Sounds like the tower is not maintained correctly.
