Iranian Leader Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Speaks Live To Al Jazeera - Doesn't Want To See War

He speaks so eloquently about peace and not wanting to be in an absolute position of violence.

He is calm, passionate and convincing. The ONLY reason I would not believe him is how many times American t.v. has told me he's crazy and a psychopath.

Says that war with Syria and Turkey will instantly flow over into all surrounding countries. He says Iran really doesn't want to be involved in an arab/non arab war.

Well...I guess I posted a litte late. It just ended

Maybe, just maybe, he should shut his mouth about wiping out another country. You think that might help?

I don't speak his language. Do you? Or...you like me? Taking the word of the media that those are the words he said?

Because at the U.N., while the world watched...he PLEADED for peace, he BEGGED for unity, he presented the case for a world without western propoganda and it was truly one of the best speeches I heard throughout the entirety of the U.N. meetings. He also continuously recongized Israel and spoke candidly about needing a working relationship with them. And yet...we've been told hundreds of times he won't even recognize them as a nation because their land doesn't belong to them. Yet...just now...he talked about why he doesn't have any hardened feelings against Israel like many arabs do. He said...I am not an arab. I am Iranian. I am a muslim, and first and foremost I am human.


Doesn't sound like a warmongering monster me.


Just sayin...

There is a reason so many countries walk out on his talks at the UN.

He has a history of threats and hate....

And...the countries that walked out have a history of starting wars they shouldn't start and are being called the true terrorists by half the nations around the world. Look, I'm not trying to say one way or the other here...I just want to see the guy get a fair shake.

And...I feel that walking out on a man's speech is not really a big time "in your face" insult. It's more like "We're losers and don't have the balls to tell you to your face that we don't like you".
