It is based on your IP address. Do a whois on your IP address and you will see why you are being presented with a Chinese Flag. If you do not agree, contact your ISP. This is 100% accurate, so you are indeed posting from a chinese ISP. The record of IP tables is controlled by ICANN and in my experience has never once been wrong. One way or another you are being provided with our routing through a Chinese IP address.
