The Most Dangerous Bird on Earrth the Australian Cassowary
They should never be approached, they are extremely dangerous, the Cassowary has talons which attack and can kill.
They live in remote rainforests in Queensland and estimated 1200 in existence.

I bet it would taste nice, if you could subdue it long enough to throw some short-crust pastry around it.

Yes they can be dangerous in certain circumstances but usually not unless provoked. I have been face to face with a 6 foot male at Mission Beach - all he wanted was a little food and he was fine!

Yep!! We share paradise with the biggest and meanest of both land and ocean bad guys! From the smallest insects to the largest ocean and land monsters - we have them all! Even our cute little male Platypus can inflict a dangerous and painful sting from a poison spur!
