strange noise in Massachusetts 3 am Oct 6 2012

It is happening here at present. I am listening to this deep rumbling as I type this, can feel slight vibrations in the floor. South coast NSW..anyone else hear it?

No lie between 5:00 and 5:30 am VA we were awaken to out whole entire house shaking we thought for sure it was another earthquake. The dogs were going nuts.

I should add that the shaking movement caused our outdoor sensor lights to come on.

My camera has a button to cut on and takes short videos. Noise picks up. That is how.

I heard a lot of loud booms or strange noise off in the distance throughout the night from October 6, 2012 at about 8:30 p.m. through October 7, 2012 at about 7:30 a.m. It sounded like a battle being fought far off with lots of explosions. It would go on for minutes and stop for a short time and then start again. I live on Long Island in New York.

I heard a lot of the same u describe it perfectly.. near philadelphia here .. very strange id love to hear more about tthis

Bizarro world, a friend couple of block away in brooklyn, ny was asking me if I felt the swaying, this evening between 9:05pm & 9:35pm, I detected a slight sway, but nothing conclusive. Strange times are these, if anyone else in nyc noticed let me know, I'll bookmark the thread. Thanks.

We are in Wilmington Mass. I wish I had audio or pics but It just happened out of the blue. It was really intense it sounded like it was right in front of my house. I asked several nieghbor's if they heard it and two of them said they did and thought it was very strange.

Hello! I have a link to something that could be the cause of these booms that are apparently being heard in many different places. My Nephew had told me to look this up, so I did and well, I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with a government project. Take a look and tell me what you think. I love me some feedback!
