I always love to read you OP, but I wanted to let you know what I admire most is that you have the patience of a saint. Never lose your temper with anyone. One thread in particular comes to mind when I would have being going 'shut the hell up'! You are a good influence.  Thanks for the loving and kind words and your joyful presence, my loved friend Well of course I sometimes get the urge for that reaction, but stops myself and let the answer come from a true place within, so that it is action and not reaction... Really feeling also those 'troublemakers', 'oh so powerful controllers' and 'bad guys'... and remember their heart, that spark of truth and innocence deep within, even if they do not themselves... And talking to that spark of rememberence makes it easy to be patient... Love and respect
