Upcoming Supreme Court case : Can you resell your own stuff???
What will the statists say?? Probably yes but you have to pay a tax, otherwise you're a criminal!

Your right to resell your own stuff is in peril

It could become illegal to resell your iPhone 4, car or family antiques

Tucked into the U.S. Supreme Court’s busy agenda this fall is a little-known case that could upend your ability to resell everything from your grandmother’s antique furniture to your iPhone 4.

Can you imagine a Honda dealership? "Yeah, we'll give you $2,000 trade-in value for your 2010 Accord.". "WTF?" "OK, don't take our offer -- you're not allowed to sell it at all now".

They uphold this and the economy goes KABOOOOOOM.

products that are made abroad and if the Supreme Court upholds an appellate court ruling it would mean that the copyright holders of anything you own that has been made in China, Japan or Europe, for example, would have to give you permission to sell it.

^^^So, everything we buy here...screw this!!! We need to fight this..not take it lying down like some whipped dog...WHEN WILL PEOPLE WAKE UP???

Will the current justices be seating in their seats this fall? i doubt it. They refused to oust the illegal immigrant in the white house. They refused to honor the OATH they took to uphold the US Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.....the next POTUS could
remove all of them for violating their OATH of office.

stay tuned....i think this current court of justices is history

a VOTE for Mitt Romney is a VOTE for Ron Paul...i read where the electoral college has demanded proof from POTUS candidates of their eligibility...they will not cast their vote for another ineligible POTUS.

Romney is not a natural born citizen
Obama is not a citizen...

Therefore, it is a very good possibility that the electoral college will elect Ron Paul, counting all Mitt Romney's votes, and give them to Ron Paul who is still a RNC Candidate.

The beauty of the electoral college is, the two parties do not have access to the names in the college, it's secret; i don't think even other states know who they are other than their own state.

If Ron Paul is elected; you can say adios to the setting justices. You can also say adios to the Federal Reserve Board and a slew of wasteful spending agencies....Ron Paul will trim the government and he will balance the budget...at his age, he has nothing to lose politically; by setting america back on track as a REPUBLIC, and getting rid of acts of congress that go against the US Constitution...i.e. Obamacare, Dodd-Frank, and all other spending out of control acts of congress.

I've been thinking recently about how short life is and, on average, how much of it we spend working. I decided to do some calculations and see exactly how our time is used. If we consider that an average working week is 40 hours then that equates to 1,960 hours per year once annual holidays are deducted. That's 22.4% of our lives, not including any overtime that we may be required to complete.

I took it a step further because I was intrigued how many hours that we spend working in an average lifetime. This is where things really add up. Allowing for school and tertiary education, let's assume that the average person begins their working life at age 21 and retires at 65. That's a career that spans 44 years. If we use the same 40-hour working week we arrive at a figure of 91,250 hours!

That's a huge amount of time and accordingly it's a huge proportion of our lives that is consumed in this way. The average human life expectancy in developed countries is 78 years, which means that we sleep for about 205, 000 hours. All our other chores and tasks have to be done in the remaining time which means that there's often very little time left for relaxation and leisure.

I could go on quoting facts and figures but I'm sure you understand the point. It all begs the obvious questions: "are we happy with this?" and "does it really need to be this way?"

Keep people distracted, poor, ignorant, and dependent and they will not have time to fight the system...those that do not want "entitlements" will be too concerned trying to keep their jobs and houses to do anything..worried they will lose what they have...
the useless eaters do not care, as long as they get their "free" stuff...

my point...how far and how long will this have to go on?...because if it takes more than what is already happening, it will be too late...
they will have us where we cannot survive without them..fear...and the battle is won...

break their spirits..beat them down...we MUST fight while we are able and have the anger..before it turns to numbness..
Geesh, just read the Grapes of Wrath if you need a clue..and that was minor compared to where we are now!!!

Perhaps, but, if it becomes law it will be another nail in the coffin..another lame excuse for them to fine/imprison us, if they are looking for a reason to put us out of commission for a while..beat us down with fines, keep us dependent on them...
think......what if they took it a step further and shipped offenders to the countries who had their copyright infringed upon, or allowed those countries to punish us under their law?? think Sharia/Islam..good way to get rid of some...not saying they would take it that far, but, who knows...
Once it is in the books, there is no stopping them..
Why even let them get their foot in the door with this?

God actually warns everyone against the "person" who makes you work all the time - who keeps you so busy "so that you'll have no time for God".

It was the Pharaoh, just prior to the Exodus to the Promised Land.
